Revisiting a Prom Dress

This is Tessa's senior prom dress. On the right side you can make out where the tulle has been torn away...in reality, it has been CHEWED away. By our dog, Jack. Now it's hanging in my sewing room, ready for re-purposing. I can easily use the tulle for underskirts on dolls but my dilema is what to do with the silk dress itself. If anyone has any fun sewing/quilting/craft ideas, please let me know!
